Choice of three vegetables: parslied red bliss potatoes, rice pilaf, au gratin potatoes, garlic mashed potatoes, brandied carrots, fresh vegetable medley, broccoli hollandaise, green beans almondine, zucchini provencal, or peas with pearl onions.
